Bank BTN Transformation 2023 Production

We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to accompany the Transformation of Bank Tabungan Negara in a transformation according to the company’s vision for 2025. 

In the process, many efforts have been made systemically, especially the digital transformation process and centralization, this process requires a lot of internal communication to build understanding among all 11,000 BTNers spread throughout Indonesia. 

We have collaborated very closely with management to build a credible publication channel since 2020 in carrying out the roadmap set by the board of directors and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.

The theme is adapted from the blockbuster film “TOP GUN MAVERICK,” which depicts a team working to achieve a common goal.
