The Sahabat Transformasi program assists employees through out Indonesia to move smarter and faster under the transformation programs set by the company.
Program Development
We designed the program following the long agenda of a company transformation. The program was filled by directors, stakeholders, and implementers from the head office to branch offices.Our duties include designing production pipelines, scripts, and promotions.
